BUSAN METROPOLITAN CITY ENFORCEMENT RULES OF THE ORDINANCE ON THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE HAEUNDAE ARBORETUM

Busan Metropolitan City (Green Urban Forestry Division)
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- The purpose of these Rules is to prescribe matters necessary for the enforcement of the Busan Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Management and Operation of the Haeundae Arboretum.
- Article 2 (Application for permission to use)
- (1) A person who intends to use sports facilities under Article 7 (1) of the Busan Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Management and Operation of the Haeundae Arboretum (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”) shall submit to the director of the Busan Green City Cultivation Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Director”) an application for permission to use sports facilities, as set forth in Form 1.
- (2) A person who intends to change matters permitted under Article 7 (1) of the Ordinance shall submit to the Director an application for permission to change use of sports facilities, as set forth in Form 3.
- Article 3 (Permission to use)
- Permission to use sports facilities under Article 7 (1) of the Ordinance shall be granted by issuing a permit for use of sports facilities, as set forth in Form 2; permission to change use of sports facilities shall be granted by issuing a permit for change of use of sports facilities, as set forth in Form 4.
- Article 4 (Reduction or exemption of usage fees)
- (1) A person who intends to receive a reduction or exemption of usage fees under Article 12 of the Ordinance shall state the grounds therefor in the application for permission to use sports facilities under Form 1 and submit it to the Director together with supporting documents.
- (2) With respect to an application for reduction or exemption under paragraph (1), the Director shall determine whether to grant the reduction or exemption and shall notify the applicant of the result without delay.
- Article 5 (Refund of usage fees)
- (1) A person who intends to receive a refund of usage fees under Article 13 of the Ordinance shall submit to the Director an application for refund of usage fees, as set forth in Form 5.
- (2) Where the Director decides to grant a refund upon an application under paragraph (1), the refund shall be deposited into the account designated by the applicant.
- Article 6 (Facilities management ledger)
- For efficient maintenance and management of park facilities, the Director shall prepare and manage a facilities management ledger, as set forth in Form 6.

- These Rules shall enter into force on the date of their promulgation.
