- In accordance with Article 732 of the Commercial Act, death benefits are not paid to those under age 15.
- Benefits are paid regardless of other insurance coverage (overlapping compensation allowed).
- Claims for Citizen Safety Insurance benefits must be submitted within three years from the date of the accident or the date of permanent disability diagnosis.
