○ Date and Time : Sunday, April 18, 2004, 10:00 a.m. (temporarily scheduled)
○ Place : Sajik Gymnasium
○ Eligibility : Painting and calligraphy artists across the nation
○ Fields : Four fields including the Korean alphabets, Chinese writing, literary artist painting (including the four gracious plants paintings), and ink and light-colored paintings
○ Size of work : the whole sheet of paper (to be provided by the organizer on the day of the contest)
○ Subject : to be announced on the day of the contest
○ Preparations : brushes, a stick of Chinese ink, an inkstone, a dictionary and a mat
○ Fee : 30,000 Korean won
