It expresses individual thought freely and comfortably despite audience taste. That is called a short film.

『Busan Asian Short Film Festival(BASFF) 2003』will be held from the 15th for 6days
in the Kyungsung Univ. Concert Hall and Cinematheque.
It will be held under the Busan Film Commission and The Motion Pictures Association of Korea.


This Flim Festvial has 136short films from 15 countries including Korea. There are 5 sections to introduce short films. This year it increase by 24 films to make an abundant film party.

③ non-competitive / Beyond Reality section, - 38films
④ non-competitive / Animation section and - 28films
⑤ non-competitive / Document section. - 9films

In special section, 15 movie of Beyond Reality section were invited.
This film festival's speciality is short films from 3 countries such as Iran, Israel and Thailand. This films show continuous image's pursuit that goes beyond reality and expanding expression within this field.
