In association with the City of Busan, Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education is introducing the Magic English Bus, which is one project for building the English Infrastructure in the City. Students may have more chances to get access improving their English. Until now, students have had only English lessons in class, but now the story is different. The Magic English Bus will visit the schools located in underprivileged areas. It is believed this project will motivate those students who previously didn't have the chance to work with native speaking English teachers.

Two foreign English teachers and an English-fluent Korean teacher will run the programs, which include games and hands-on activities. The Bus will stay one week at each school, providing in-bus programs for 3rd-4th graders and class programs for 5th-6th graders. After the school hours, English teachers from neighboring schools will come to the Bus to brush up their English.

The Bus will be modelled into five sections; World Zone, Game Zone, Story Zone, Art Zone, and Market Zone. Each Zone has its own unique programs with hands-on equipment. The Bus can be renovated depending on seasons and school programs.

World Zone introduces different countries around the world and students can enjoy the culture of each country. Fun games will help students learn English at Game Zone. Students also experience fairy worlds by listening to stories read by teachers at Story Zone. At Art Zone, children will experience arts and crafts activities in English. Students are led to a market where they are sellers and buyers at Market Zone.
