Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey Welcome to the Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey. The purpose of this survey is to find out whether the city’s website is meeting the information needs of its users. Please help us improve the website by completing our Website Customer Satisfaction Survey. Answering the questions below should only take a few minutes. Your participation will help us ensure that our website is useful, accurate, and complete. Your comments and suggestions are very important to us. ○ Survey period: Monday, November 8, 9:00 a.m. ～ Friday, November 26, 6:00 p.m. ○ Eligibility: All website visitors ○ Prizes: Participants residing in Korea: mobile gift certificate valued at 15,000 won, (20 winners) Participants residing abroad: City of Busan souvenir (10 winners) ※Winners will be selected at random by computer among eligible participants (except Koreans) ○ Announcement: Prizewinners will be announced on (Tue.) November 30, 2021, on the website at https://www.busan.go.kr/eng/ ○ Contact Email: emaster@korea.kr ※ Winners will be contacted using the information provided, so please make sure that you enter your mobile phone number and mailing address correctly. ※Prizes will be mailed to winners on December 3, 2021. Mobile gift certificates will be sent to winners’ phones. The city souvenir prizes will be sent to winners by regular international mail. Please note that due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, international postal services can be suspended or delayed.
