The Busan International Rock Festival will be held in Busan’s spacious Dadaepo Beach for 3 days from Aug 7th to 9th. It is being organized by the Busan Festival Organizing Committee.

With the title of, "Ocean, Youth and Love", musicians will come from all parts of the world to express their music freely with their own individual creative styles, come celebrate your youth at the Busan International Rock Festival.

This festival is one cultural and tourism festival loved by rock maniacs in their twenties and summer family visitors as well.

During the 4th Busan International Rock Festival, 16 bands from the US, Sweden, Austria and Germany will rock Busan from ocean shore to mountain summit.

Many renowned groups are scheduled to appear. Groups like :
German Thrash Metal's Legend and a living witness-Rage Against the Machine, Opera Rock to sing Austria's grand Mother Nature - Visions of Atlantis,
Domestic famous Rock Groups such as Unchained, Trans Fixion, Crash, Discotruck crowd into Busan.

Busan International Rock Festival shows off their musical talents free of charge. Families and couples can enjoy the rock music without shouldering any financial burden.

There is various comforts to be found such as, the Rock Cafe and a campsite built to comfortably accommodate 800 people. We will be delighted to see tourists from home and abroad.

Son Myeong-Jin of Busan Festival Organizing Committee said,
" Last year, the 3rd Busan International Rock Festival was held in June linked with a chain of Worldcup Cultural Events. This year, the Rock Festival will be held following the "Busan Sea Festival", so the 4th Busan International Rock Festival will produce an even more powerful response with summer visitors. This Festival will further enhance Busan's image as the world's Marine Music City combining Busan's openess and Rock's pure motion emotion."

This Festival will broadcast on M.Net(internet) and will be shown in Hong Kong Star TV.
