B. Site Area: 5,403㎡ (1,635py)
C. Floorage : About total area 18,182㎡ (5,500py) B2F ~ B3F, 5 ~ 8FL Level

3. Construction Cost (Estimated): 25,300 million won

4. Design Service Cost (Estimated) : 867 million won
- Including construction, civil engineering,machinery, landscape architecture, electricity, communication and fire fighting

5. Purpose of Design Contest
To select excellent design works in building of Busan Art center, which is competitive in the city's industrial power through supporting design infra and network service, according as it is one of 10 Industrial Strategy Development Plans in Busan City from 1999.

7. Qualifications for Subscription
A. Registered architect licensee according to Registered Architect Law, having an architect office and without reason for disqualifications in related rules and regulations
B. Foreign architect licensee in accordance with Art. 21, Sec. 2 of Enforcement Ordinance of Registered Architect Law and having a joint performance contract with a domestic registered architect office (Main contractor is limited to a domestic registered architect.)
※If a prize winner does not have not qualification for electricity, communication and fire fighting design, he/she shall perform the service by joint contract (share performance) with a designer in accordance with rules and regulations related to electricity, communication and fire fighting, and a registered technician office or registered engineering company by Engineering Work Law shall design it.
※ For the activation of local economy and improvement of local technology level, joint subscription with a registered architect office in Busan City is strongly recommended

12. Selection of Design Screening Committee and Screening
** Method **
A. Selection of screening committee shall be in accordance with Operation Guide of Construction Design Contest announced by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation.
B. Screening method refers to related rules and regulations of Construction Technique Management Law, Operation Guide of Construction Design Contest and Detailed Evaluation Standard of Public Construction Designer Selection and Project Performance Ability or shall be in accordance with methods prescribed by Screening Committee.

15. Winning Works and Rewards
A. One Prizewinning Work : Giving right of basic and actual design
B. One Excellent Work : 15,000,000 won
C. Two Fine Works : Each 7,000,000 won

16. Exhibition of Subscription Works and How to Return
A. Exhibition : Exhibition of Subscription and Selected Works if needed
B. How to Return: Individual return by application of subscribers after announcing selected works

17. Others
A. Issuing Design Contest Guideline and Location Map are Provided at the time of Application of Subscription
B. Please be fully aware of Design Contest Guideline not to have a disadvantage in screening
C. The whole rights of ownership and copyright of selected works (Prizewinning Work, Excellent Work and Fine Work) shall be reverted to Busan Metropolitan City Construction Bureau.
D. Other matters related to contract shall be in accordance with rules and regulations of contract with the party of state, paid within design budget which is considered by Busan Metropolitan City Construction Bureau
E. Joint subscription by registered architect offices more than two shall be approved, but duplicate subscription shall not be approved.
