Busan Human Resource Development Center Recruits Participants for the Second Open Lecture of 2026

Busan Metropolitan City’s Busan Human Resource Development Center will hold the second Open Lecture of 2026 at 3:00 p.m. on September 16 in the Center’s auditorium.

The Open Lecture is a program that invites prominent figures from a wide range of fields, including personal finance, self-development and the humanities, to give lectures. It serves as a forum for sharing knowledge that is freely open to all citizens.

This lecture has been organized to share dreams and hope, inspire citizens in their daily lives and offer new perspectives. Magician Choi Hyun-woo will deliver a motivational lecture on dreams and hope under the theme “Three Magical Stories That Break Down Preconceptions.”

Choi has authored numerous books, including “Choi Hyun-woo’s Magic Playbook,” and previously served as a professor at Seoul Art College. He has remained active across a wide range of fields.

Anyone wishing to attend may participate free of charge. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from tomorrow, August 14, through September 15.
