Busan Women’s Culture Center to Host Retirement Planning Lecture, “Lifetime Paycheck Project”

Busan Metropolitan City announced that the Busan Women’s Culture Center will host a special lecture titled “Lifetime Paycheck Project,” featuring an expert instructor from the National Pension Service, at 2:00 p.m. on August 12 in the Small Theater on the third floor of the center. The lecture is intended to help residents prepare for a financially secure retirement and strengthen their financial capabilities.

The lecture, themed “Preparing for a Happy Retirement with Pensions,” has been organized to help residents properly understand various pension systems and develop retirement plans suited to each stage of life.

The session will be led by Park Myung-hee, an expert instructor from the National Pension Service. It will focus on practical information that residents need when preparing for retirement, including Basic Pension benefit amounts and eligibility requirements, National Pension enrollment and benefit systems, types and payment amounts of Home Pensions, and ways to make effective use of the Home Pension system.

The lecture is open to men as well as women. Anyone interested in retirement planning may apply, regardless of gender or age, including middle-aged and older adults, young professionals entering the workforce, and other young people.

Participation is free for all residents interested in retirement planning. Applications must be submitted by August 10 through Busan Metropolitan City’s Integrated Reservation System at reserve.busan.go.kr/index.
