Jeonggwan Museum to Host Children’s Day Event “Monggeul Monggeul Children’s Day”

Jeonggwan Museum, affiliated with the Busan Museum of Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the Museum), announced that it will host the commemorative event “Monggeul Monggeul Children’s Day” on May 5 in celebration of the 104th Children’s Day.

This event has been designed to provide special enjoyment for children and families visiting the museum and to help them experience the museum as a more approachable cultural space. In particular, it will focus on a variety of performance content that stimulates children’s imagination and curiosity, offering family visitors a unique cultural experience.

The performances will include a mime show that communicates through gestures without dialogue, a juggling performance showcasing impressive skills, and a balloon art show that captures children’s attention. In addition, commemorative balloons will be provided to participating children in connection with the performances, enhancing the enjoyment and creating unforgettable memories for visitors.

The event will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on May 5 in the museum auditorium and will accommodate a total of 80 visitors, consisting of families accompanied by children.

Participation is free of charge, and in order to ensure a safe and smooth viewing experience, the event will be operated through an advance reservation system.

Applications will open on April 28 at 10:00 a.m. via the Jeonggwan Museum website (museum.busan.go.kr/jeonggwan) or the Busan Integrated Reservation System (reserve.busan.go.kr) and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
