Busan Human Resource Development Center Opens Registration for the “2026 1st Open Lecture”

The Busan Human Resource Development Center announced that it will hold the “2026 1st Open Lecture” on April 15 at 3:00 p.m. in the center’s main auditorium.

The Open Lecture is a program that invites renowned speakers from diverse fields such as financial planning, self-development, and the humanities. It serves as a platform for sharing knowledge where any citizen can freely participate.

This lecture has been organized to help citizens build practical financial assets amid recent economic uncertainty. Cha Sun-ho, Deputy General Manager at the Korea Exchange, will present customized asset management strategies for different generations under the theme “Domestic and Global Economic Trends and Financial Planning from First Paycheck to Retirement.”

Any citizen wishing to participate may attend free of charge. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from March 16 to April 14 through the city website (Busan Civil Service 120) at https://busan.go.kr/minwon/occation or by phone through the Professional Education Division of the Busan Human Resource Development Center (051-366-7531).
