2026 Busan One Asia Festival (BOF) with NOL to Be Held: New Wave of Global K-Culture Marks BOF’s 10th Anniversary

Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor Park Heong-joon) announced that the global K-culture festival “2026 Busan One Asia Festival with NOL (Busan One Asia Festival, hereinafter referred to as 2026 BOF with NOL)” will be held for two days from June 27 to 28 at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium.

First launched in 2016 and marking its 10th edition this year, “2026 BOF with NOL” will be held under the concept “BEYOND 10: THE NEXT WAVE.” With NOL Universe participating as the main sponsor, the festival will create a global cultural exchange platform where fans from around the world can enjoy K-culture. The theme “BEYOND 10: THE NEXT WAVE” represents a new leap toward the next decade and the future changes and expansion that will follow, based on the K-content, fandom, city branding, and industrial achievements accumulated over the past ten years.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, “2026 BOF with NOL” will operate as an experiential global festival centered on large-scale K-POP performances while combining various K-content elements including beauty, fashion, and food.

The event will present a variety of integrated performances featuring K-POP artists with strong fandoms as well as multiple genres such as hip-hop, band music, and special events. In addition, diverse programs will be organized, including K-content pop-up exhibitions and experience zones and K-culture talk shows linked with startup forums, further expanding the festival’s content.

On the final day of the event, June 28, RIIZE will appear as the headliner of the Big Concert. Since their debut, RIIZE has established itself as a top-tier artist known as an “icon of growth narrative,” achieving major Korean music award wins, top rankings on digital and album charts, and record-breaking first-week sales.

Widely regarded as “the most futuristic group of the moment” in the rapidly evolving K-POP market, RIIZE is considered the artist that most clearly represents the direction of the “NEXT WAVE” presented by 2026 BOF with NOL.

An official from 2026 BOF with NOL stated, “RIIZE represents the starting point of the new wave declared by ‘2026 BOF with NOL’ on its 10th anniversary and symbolizes the next chapter of K-POP.”

In particular, the event will also operate a variety of K-content pop-up exhibition zones featuring K-POP as well as beauty, fashion, and food in connection with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s “K-K-POP Support Program,” showcasing the distinctive appeal of Busan’s festival style.

As the global spread of K-POP continues, overseas tourists’ interest in related Hallyu industries such as beauty, fashion, and food has grown. Visitors will therefore be encouraged to arrive earlier to experience a wide range of Hallyu content in addition to the performances.

Official ticket reservations for “2026 BOF with NOL” will open in April through NOL, NOL ticket, and NOL World.

Meanwhile, at 6 p.m. on June 20, a free popular music performance titled “Park Concert” will once again be held at Hwamyeong Ecological Park, where people of all generations can enjoy the event together. The event requires no reservation, and anyone may freely enter on the day.
