Busan Concert Hall (Classic Busan) announced that it will invite four leading performers active on the world stage to present the “2026 Pipe Organ Duo & Recital Series” across three performances.

This series has been designed to allow audiences to experience the diverse tonal colors and repertoire of the pipe organ in a comprehensive way throughout a single season.

The series consists of three performances: the April 8 Four Hands stage by Isabelle Demers and Shen Yuan, the June 20 recital by Thomas Ospital, and the October 23 recital by Karol Mossakowski.

The first performance, scheduled for April 8 at 7:30 p.m., features organists Isabelle Demers and Shen Yuan in a Four Hands performance, a special format in which two performers share a single organ. They will present an organ version of Gustav Holst’s The Planets, demonstrating the diversity and expansiveness of organ music.

The second performance will take place on June 20 at 5:00 p.m., featuring a recital by Thomas Ospital, a leading figure in the French organ world. The program will include works from various periods by Mozart, Rachmaninoff, and Ravel, along with improvisation, presenting a stage where tradition and creativity converge.

The final performance, on October 23 at 7:30 p.m., will present a recital by next-generation organ master Karol Mossakowski. Through works by Bach, improvisational interpretations based on chorale melodies, and symphonic repertoire, he is expected to offer a profound musical experience.

Advance package ticket sales for the pipe organ series will begin on February 24, offering a limited promotion of 100 packages at a 30% discount, with up to four tickets available per person. General ticket sales will open on February 26, allowing seat selection for individual performances.
