Busan Museum of Bokcheon to Host Chuseok Event “Glass Beads, Threading Chuseok”

Busan Museum of Bokcheon (hereinafter referred to as “the Museum”) announced that it will host the experiential program “Glass Beads, Threading Chuseok,” in connection with the special exhibition “Glass Beads, Threading Time,” from October 3 to 9, 2025.

This event is designed to offer diverse activities for family visitors during the long holiday period and consists of two programs: ▲Creating your own accessories ▲Exhibition viewing certification event.

○ [Creating Your Own Accessories]
This self-guided activity will be held in the first-floor lobby, where visitors can design and make their own accessories using various beads. No advance registration is required, and anyone can freely participate on-site. Completed works can be taken home as souvenirs.

○ [Exhibition Viewing Certification Event]
This program will take place in the third-floor permanent exhibition hall and the first-floor special exhibition hall. Visitors are invited to find artifacts in the special exhibition that are originally part of the Museum’s permanent collection, post verification on their social media (SNS), and follow the Museum’s official account. Participants will receive souvenirs such as a “Bok-goon” turtle character ballpoint pen, a 3D puzzle of Gaya relics, or a Childu-ryeong Baku bag shopping tote. (Limited to 50 people per day, on a first-come, first-served basis.)

The event will run daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., October 3 through October 9. Participation is free of charge, and anyone can join simply by visiting the Museum during the event period.
