Busan Water Authority to Operate the ‘Soonsoo 365 On-site Water Truck’

The Busan Water Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) announced that it will hold the ‘Soonsoo 365 On-site Water Truck’ promotional event today (August 8) at 3:00 p.m. to raise awareness of the safety and importance of Busan’s tap water, ‘Soonsoo 365.’

The ‘Soonsoo 365 On-site Water Truck’ campaign is an event that travels to places in Busan with high foot traffic—such as urban parks and university areas—offering opportunities for citizens to taste ‘Soonsoo 365’ and enjoy various experiences. It was held in March last year (2024) at Busan Citizens Park and in March this year (2025) on the Pukyong National University campus.

This event has been planned to protect the health of groups vulnerable to heatwaves and to simultaneously promote the safe tap water ‘Soonsoo 365.’ Beverages made with Soonsoo and a chilled bottled water tasting event will be held in Maechukji Village, Dong-gu, a community susceptible to extreme heat.

[Part 1] An interactive booth for residents will be operated to offer tasting events with chilled bottled ‘Soonsoo 365’ water and beverages made with Soonsoo.
[Part 2] The Authority will also visit households of vulnerable groups to provide drinking water services and check on health conditions, including dehydration and heat stroke caused by the heatwave.
