The Busan Human Resource Development Center announced that it will host the 3rd Open Lecture of 2025 on September 2 at 3:00 p.m. in its main auditorium.

The “Open Lecture” program features prominent speakers in diverse fields such as humanities, personal development, and financial planning, and is open to all citizens as a space for the free sharing of knowledge.

This upcoming lecture will feature Song Gil-young, a bestselling author and big data expert, who will speak on the topic Forecast of the Times: The Calling Society. The lecture will explore societal changes and trends, offering insight into the direction individuals should take in response.

Any citizen wishing to attend can do so free of charge, and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the city’s website (“Busan Civil Service 120” at busan.go.kr/minwon/occation) or by phone (☎051-366-7531) from today (August 6) through August 29.
