Enjoy Sliced Raw Fish and Get Onnuri Gift Certificates During Your Summer Vacation in Busan!

Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor Park Heong-joon) announced that, to mark the height of the summer vacation season, the Onnuri Gift Certificate Rebate Event will be held at traditional markets throughout the Busan area for five days, from August 1 (Thursday) to August 5.

The rebate event is part of the "Korea Seafood Festival – Summer Vacation Special," hosted by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and will be held at 101 traditional markets nationwide until August 21 for approximately three weeks.

In Busan, customers who purchase domestic seafood at 11 designated markets will receive up to 30% of the purchase amount back in Onnuri Gift Certificates, offering an affordable opportunity to enjoy fresh and healthy domestic seafood.
The participating markets are: Goejeong Golmok Market, Namcheon Beach Market, Sinpyeong Golmok Market, Jangnim Golmok Market, Dadae Sea Park Market, Gwangan Fish Market, Millak Fish Market, Millak Hoe Town, Millak Sea Land, Millak Fishermen’s Live Fish Direct Sale Center, and Millak Waterfront Park Alley-type Shopping Street.

After purchasing domestic seafood at one of these participating markets, customers can bring their receipt and ID to the designated rebate booth in the market to receive up to KRW 20,000 in Onnuri Gift Certificates, depending on the purchase amount. This event is expected to offer a great chance to enjoy seasonal seafood.

Customers who spend between KRW 34,000 and KRW 67,000 will receive a rebate of KRW 10,000, and those who spend more than KRW 67,000 will receive KRW 20,000.
