In response to May’s identified challenges—such as demographic shifts, diversified housing demands, and the need for sustainable urban development—102 experts across various fields including housing, architecture, urban planning, welfare, and finance have voluntarily joined the initiative.

About 150 participants, including Mayor Park, citizens, private and academic experts, are expected to attend and explore innovative housing strategies for Busan. The general assembly will feature:
