Tickets for “Busan Youth 10,000 Won + Culture Pass” Featuring Pianist Cho Seong-jin to Be Released Tomorrow (June 9)!

The Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor Park Heong-joon) announced that the first list of performances for the 2025 “Busan Youth 10,000 Won + Culture Pass,” which drew significant attention and sold out in just 8 minutes, will be released tomorrow (June 9).

The list will be made available through the Dongbaekjeon app at 10:00 a.m. on June 9. A total of 7,500 recipients of the KRW 100,000 subsidy and 1,000 recipients of the KRW 50,000 subsidy will be able to begin booking tickets simultaneously.

To expand cultural access for young people, the city will offer exclusive tickets to cultural programs available only to “Busan youth.” For instance, 50 exclusive tickets—25 in each of the R and S sections—have been secured for the highly sought-after piano concert The Emperor and the Organ featuring Cho Seong-jin, enhancing youth satisfaction with cultural experiences.

Additionally, tickets will be made available for various regional events such as:

• ●Busan International Rock Festival

• ●Busan Fireworks Festival

• ●Indie Performance Packages supported by the city’s Youth Culture Development Program, including performances at the Millak Indie Training Center

Note: Tickets for popular performances may sell out early even within the booking period due to limited seat availability, so early reservations are encouraged.

Kim Gui-ok, Director-General of Busan’s Youth & Industrial-Academic Support Bureau, stated,
“The ‘Busan Youth 10,000 Won + Culture Pass’ performances are carefully curated and differentiated from other programs to cater specifically to Busan’s youth. We hope this opportunity allows young people in Busan to become active participants in experiencing and enjoying culture.”
