Busan Metropolitan City Seeks Participants for the “2025 First Half Social Economy Public Procurement Fair”

Busan Metropolitan City (Mayor: Park Heong-joon) announced that it is currently accepting applications from social economy enterprises interested in participating in the “2025 First Half Busan Social Economy Public Procurement Fair,” with applications open until May 22.

Now in its seventh year since its launch in 2019, the Busan Social Economy Public Procurement Fair serves as a platform to connect citizens with quality products from social economy enterprises, while simultaneously offering these enterprises opportunities for business promotion and market expansion. The event also helps raise public awareness about social economy enterprises and public procurement.

This year’s fair will take place on June 10 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the first-floor conference hall and lobby of Busan City Hall. Programs will include one-on-one consultation sessions between enterprises and public institutions, as well as product exhibitions and a sales market.

Any social economy enterprise based in Busan is eligible to participate free of charge. Interested businesses should download the application form from the city’s official website (www.busan.go.kr/nbgosi) and submit it via email to busanagit@naver.com by May 22.

Up to approximately 40 enterprises will be selected for each program: the consultation session and the product exhibition/market. Applicants may apply for both categories.
