Yongdusan
Park reopened on July 1 following recent remodeling work over the last three
months.

Foodville, the private contractor selected to remodel Busan Tower and the
Palgakjeong (octagonal pavilion) of Yongdusan Park, had completed its
remodeling work of the park.
Busan
Tower comprises the tower (exhibition hall, gift shop, photo studio, and observatory)
and octagonal pavilion. The Busan Tower observatory is installed with AR and VR
media-based attractions (VR telescope, Window mapping show) and real-time video
channel between Busan Tower and N Seoul Tower. The food and beverage section
with VIPS burger, snack bar, and A Twosome Place opened at the octagonal
pavilion.
Busan
City is scheduled to establish a media makeover of Busan Tower, to improve the
park facilities to provide more convenience to Korean and overseas tourists by
this December.
An
official of Busan City said, “Yongdusan Park will be recreated as a one-stop
tourist attraction for shopping, food and sightseeing in the downtown area.”
Busan
Tower hours are from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. The admission fee is 8,000 won
for adults and 6,000 won for children ages from 2 to 12. For more information,
