Gwangalli Beach Opens for Summer on July 1

Gwangalli Beach opens to the public from July 1 to September 10 this summer.
Suyeong-gu improved the beach facilities and added sand to the beach to make a safe and pleasant summer beach environment. Seven free showers, changing rooms, reed parasols, reed parasols with a table and benches have all been installed.
Water playing equipment has been installed this year again in the water at Gwangalli Beach and is free to use for beachgoers. The water equipment has been expanded to 12 pieces of 8 different types. A water tunnel has been installed on the beach for kids. Beach beds can be used anywhere on the beach. People can bring and use their own parasol for use between Beach Bikini and Park Hotel.
Various cultural events for getting rid of the summer heat – music concerts, street performances, art markets, shell collection events, Busan Sea Festival, and a water gun festival - are scheduled to be held at Gwangalli Beach.
