The Queen’s Banquet will start its third season on June 1st in its theatre at the Haeundae Grand Hotel. ‘The Queen’s Banquet’ is a dance drama based on traditional dance and music.
The
Queen’s Banquet started in 2015 and has been performed a total 300 times during
its 1st and 2nd seasons in front of an audience of about 50,000
people, including Busan residents, tourists and cruise tourists from Korean and
overseas, and international conference participants.
After
the successful completion of season 1 and 2, season 3 begins on a revamped stage
with diversified artistic dance and music performances. The performing stage
has been expanded and the hologram video quality has been improved into
high-definition.

It
includes subtitles in four different languages - Korean, English, Chinese and
Japanese.
Season
3 will show beautiful Korean court art and traditional dance and a performance
in Yeongnam area. Music and dance, expressing local specialty food and
attractions in Busan, will make audiences feel like traveling around Busan.
It
will run from June 1st to December 30th at 8pm on weekdays, except Mondays and
Tuesdays, and 4pm on weekends and public holidays. Holiday Mondays and Tuesdays
will start at 4pm. Tickets are ₩30,000 and online reservations are available at
http://busan.gugak.go.kr or http://www.interpark.com.
There
are various ticket discount programs, including 10,000 won for Busan residents
with an ID card or other proof of residency documents.
