Nam-gu Office has opened an information booth (2nd floor of Nam-gu Office) to help foreign residents who face language difficulties when handling administrative affairs. Foreign residents can seek help on any administrative issue, including marriage or residence registration. Languages available at the booth are Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese.

Haeundae-gu Office also provides an information service
for foreigners starting from March 2017. English-speaking staff is available to
assist foreigners with basic administrative services and living information
that requires the use of the Korean language. English translation services for
five civil affairs documents, including Basic Certificate, Marriage Relation
Certificate, Adoption Relation Certificate and Special Adoption Relation
Certificate are offered for foreigners.
