A winter festival, “White Night in Busan” will be held at the re-location site of the Korean Film Council next to Busan Cinema Center from December 23, 2016 to February 26, 2017.
With the concept of a ‘Christmas Market’, one of the popular winter festivals in Europe, a Christmas village was created with a giant white Christmas tree sculpture, light decorations, and a large sledding slope.
A variety of performances and events are scheduled to be held during the festival.
The events include an opening ceremony, Christmas tree lighting ceremony, Christmas fantasy concert (Dec. 24 – 24:00), Year-End Countdown event (Dec. 31, - 3:00am), plaster mime photo event, drone film screening, public demonstration of the drone filming and busking performances.
