set up outside the United States.
It
will help Busan realize the city’s long-term vision to grow as a smart city
through the use of cloud computing technology.
The
center will provide startups in Busan with office space, cloud infrastructure
and cloud technology through the AWS Active program, as well as offer
opportunities for overseas expansion.
AWS
Cloud Training and Global Certification programs, as well as the AWS Activate
program, which provides support to startup businesses, will be implemented to
help grow and scale the city’s cloud-enabled economy, fostering a globally
competitive workforce in Busan.
The
center additionally plans to open a show room to display IoT innovative
products and solutions, along with outstanding Busan-based products. Intel will
join to introduce its innovative technologies as well.
AWS,
jointly with Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, will offer cloud education and
