Suyeong-gu Office runs the SUP Academy at Gwangalli Beach in September and October.
Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) is an offshoot of surfing and is rapidly gaining popularity as a sport worldwide. Gwangalli Beach with mild waves is a great place to enjoy SUP. The SUP class will be offered every Saturday and Sunday in September and October from 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00 for free. The online registration is available at the Korea Surfing Association website (http://www.ksasurf.org) – Only in Korean.
