The 5th Busan Nakdong Riverside Yuchae Flower Festival, hosted by the Busan Agricultural Technology Center and coordinated by the Organizing Committee for Busan Culture & Tourism Festival, will be held April 9th–17th at Daejeo Ecological Park in Gangseo-gu.
To
provide enjoyment for visitors, over 760,000 square meters of yuchae flowers
have been planted, making it the largest collection of yuchae flowerbeds in
Korea.
Paths,
observatories and photo zones to view the flowers will be set up. Visitors will
also be able to enjoy rice planting, horseback riding, kite flying, caricature
drawing, street performances, and other events.
To attract Gimhae International Airport transfer passengers, festival information, Busan tourism cards, and discount coupons will be offered free of charge. For foreign airport transfer passengers, interpreters in English, Japanese and Chinese will be stationed at the festival venue.
