5. Eligibility

A. As an engineering company by Article 4 of the Law of Engineering Technology Promotion at the notified day, it should be registered to the Ministry of Science & Technology in the fields of construction (regarding all of urban planning, transportation) and environment (regarding one or more of air management, water management, noise control and waste disposal) and should hold professional engineers in above all fields of construction.

B. As an company of public or general surveying engineering, it should be registered by article 39 of the Law of Measurement, the company which is not in Busan Metropolitan City should contract jointly with a local engineering company in Busan. The local engineering company should be registered to the Ministry of Science and Technology in the fields of construction regarding urban planning and transportation, and its quotas are over 49%. Cooperative contractors are limited to 2 companies and a Standard Agreement of Cooperative Execution is sure to be submitted in participating register.
