Free parking available at Busan Sports Complex(Sajik Stadium) from this month
 
From this month, the Busan City government will waive the usual 1,000 won per hour parking fee at the Busan Sports Complex by making available free parking spaces.

In order to alleviate traffic congestion caused by illegal parking around the Busan Sports Complex and to provide greater convenience to citizens wishing to visit the sports complex, the city has decided to offer free parking spaces until the end of April.

The Sports Complex parking lot has a capacity for 640 vehicles. Free parking is only available in designated parking spaces. Street parking around the sports complex is banned. Strict parking restrictions will still be enforced, affecting long-term abandoned vehicles and the parking of large trucks, while policies to prevent car accidents and car theft will be implemented by the sports facility management office.

The sports facility management office plans to :
- place special security guards in the parking lot
- install new and brighter street lights
- install CCTV(closed-circuit television) at the four vehicle entrances to the parking lot 
- install a vehicle height restriction barrier

After the city has corrected problems arising during the 3 months of free parking until April, a free parking lot will officially open from May.
