Busan City is improving the living environment for foreign residents in Haeundae-gu and Gangseo-gu Districts, the most foreigner-concentrated areas in Busan.

Haeundae-gu District Office has started to provide a foreigner-friendly civil service since April 25 at the Public Service Center on the 1st floor. 19 kinds of civil documents including for birth certification, reporting a change in the place of sojourn and authentication of one's seal have been translated into English and will be used to assist marriage migrants and foreign residents visiting Haeundae-gu District Office.

Also, staff who can speak French and English are now stationed there to help expats who visit the district office.

Gangseo-gu District plans to establish a relaxation zone with a bench, wooden deck and exercise equipment in Songjeong-dong and in Hope Park in Noksan-dong for foreign workers residing or working around Noksan Industrial Complex.
