Busan International Dance Festival to be held from June 3 through 7.

The 7^th Busan International Dance Festival, under the theme ‘Dance! Communicating with the World by the Sea’, will take place from June 3^rd until June 7^th at special stages on Haeundae Beach and at Busan Cultural Center.

 

There will be 200 dance performances by 150 teams from 13 countries including China, Australia, America, England, Hong Kong, Mexico, the Netherlands, Finland, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. The 64 officially invited dance teams will present performances at the special outdoor stage on Haeundae Beach over three days from June 3^rd through June 5^th at 7 p.m.

 

An AK(Arts Korea)21 Performance for the development of international dancers and the Festival’s celebratory dance performances will then be held at 7 p.m. on Jun e 6^th and June 7^th at Busan Cultural Center.

 

In addition, to promote the festival, a ‘Street Dance Performance’ will be held on May 21^st and May 28^th at 3 p.m. at the 1^st Street in Seomyeon.
