Child and infant-only outdoor swimming pools to open at the Nakdong Riverside.

Busan Nakdong River Project Executive Office has opened a children’s outdoor swimming pool (water depth: 55 - 60cm) at Samnak Waterfront Park, Sasang-gu. The outdoor swimming pool facility has a 925.4 square-meter children-only pool and two infant-only pools with a water depth of under 20 cm as well as convenience facilities.
The outdoor pool opened for the summer season on July 5 and will remain open till August 31, 2012. It is free of charge. The pool opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. The pool will be closed in the case of severe weather, heavy rain, thunder and lightning.
The wearing of a swimsuit and a swimming cap in the pool is compulsory and parents must accompany their children in the water.
Besides the children’s swimming pool, the park also has various family entertainment facilities such as an inline skating track, and a bike rental facility.
