Local artists in Busan and Fukuoka held exhibition and performance together.
Busan-Fukuoka Art Network is hosting the ‘2012 WATAGATA (Come and Go) Arts Festival’ from October 2-18 at various venues in Busan, including Busan Port Passenger Ferry Terminal, the Art Gallery at Yongdusan Park, Totatoga Gallery, 10 cafes in the city's downtown area and 9 outdoor exhibits in Jung-dong.
Local artists in Busan and Fukuoka have held this festival every year, alternating between the two cities. The first festival was held with Busan-based artists’ artworks displayed at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. in Japan. This year, Fukuoka-based artists spent two weeks in Busan creating their artworks and exhibiting them in Busan.
