BISCO announces road closures due to walking event on May 1.

The Diamond Bridge Walking Festival will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2011. The walking route (7.3km) begins in front of BEXCO at 9:20 a.m. via the Gwangan Bridge (10 a.m. ~ 10:50 a.m.) and to Pukyong University (12:30 p.m.). 

 

About 12,000 citizens will participate in this event. The Busan Infrastructure Corporation (BISCO) is advising motorists to be aware of road closures due to the Diamond Walking Festival.

 

Access to APEC-ro (6 a.m. ~ 11 a.m.), Gwangan Bridge Deck from Haeundae towards Gwangalli (8 a.m. ~ 1 p.m.) and the road between Mega Mart and YoungNam Flour Mills Co., LTD (10 a.m. ~ 1 p.m.) will be restricted on May 1, 2011.
