Mobile Website for Multicultural Families Launched

The City of Busan has launched a mobile website for multicultural families in Korea titled “Multicultural Happy Sketching” available in five languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese.  The site can be found at: http://m.multi.busan.go.kr

The mobile website includes:

Living in Korea
 l  Information on living in Korea including advice on immigration, acquirement of nationality, housing, transportation, medical services, driving and education.
 l  Interpretation/translation services
 l  Multicultural family support centers

Notice board

Korean Language Education
 l  Language classes, door-to-door education services, Korean language information

Support for employment
 l  Job and start-up training, job openings, consultant service for multicultural families

Multicultural Community
 l  Organizing and managing multicultural family volunteer groups and self-help communities
