Related to International Consumer Transaction (Spam)

The Korean Government is surveying both foreign consumer complaints & overseas spam related complaints to set up policies following the digitalization and globalization of the consumption environment.
In case the consumer wants, counseling & redressing services will be provided free of charge.
We would like to expect many consumer’s participation.
Free gifts will be provided through a drawing among consumers who have participated in this survey.
