Sliver Shadow`s calling at Busan Port

The world's leading luxury cruise ship called at Busan Port in May 16.

 

Busan Port Authority (BPA) said that Silver Shadow of Shilversea Cruises, world's major cruise line, visited at Pier 2 in Busan Port.

 

The cruise vessel, Sliver Shadow, is 182 long and 24.8 wide and has speed of 21knots carrying about 300passengers.

 

Launched in 2000, Silver Shadow introduced guests to the next generation of the Silversea fleet – slightly larger in size, yet just as intimate in feel. In addition to the added space, guests aboard the Shadow are greeted with Silv ersea’s six-star personalized service and attention to detail.

 

With marking the first calling at Busan Port, Sliver Shadow held a onboard cocktail party.

 

More than 38 cruise vessels including Sapphire Princess are expected to call at Busan Port this year.

 

In order to accommodate cruise vessels efficiently, international cruise terminal is under construction and slated for completion in this September.

 

Reportedly, more than 350 cruise ships are floating worldwide and 13million people enjoy cruise travel yearly.
