The Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) supports various events held by Busan’s growing number of foreign communities. Twenty-one events, such as the Cricket Contest for migrant workers from Sri Lanka, the Busan-Gyeongnam Chinese students meeting, and the Mongolian Nadam Festival, received support from the BFIA this year.

 

The BFIA also supports the Christmas Charity Bazaar, which is the largest annual event of the Busan International Women's Association, at the beginning of December every year. Foreign communities that wish to receive financial support for their event just need to go to the 'Busan Life' website (www.busanlife.or.kr) and then sign up as a registered foreign community, download the application form, and return it by email.
