Time of the Gypsies

Cinematheque Busan has been successfully operating as a film archive and as a place devoted to the screening of classic and artistically important films since its opening in August 1999 at the Suyeong Marina Yachting Center, in Haeundae. With the opening of Busan Cinema Center in Centum City, Haeundae, Cinematheque Busan will soon be closing after a final farewell festival, “Adieu, SUYEONG BAY” before moving to its new location, Busan Cinema Center, for its official opening there in November, 2011.

To thank all the movie audiences of the Cinematheque Busan over the past 10 years, we invite you all to come and watch some movies.

 

‘Adieu, SUYEONG BAY’ will screen the eleven 35 mm films listed below from September 1-10 

The films were selected by the Busan Asia Film Archive.

Tickets are 5,000 won each, but entry is free for members of CINE PEOPLE.
