A special exhibition on Dokdo Island will take place from January 25 through February 24, 2011 at the Busan Marine Natural History Museum and the Busan Fishing Village.

The exhibition is being co-hosted by the Dokdo Museum on Ulleung-do Island, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Busan City. About 100 historical artefacts related to Dokdo, including old maps of Dokdo and other documents that prove Korea's ownership over Dokdo, are on display at this event.

About 30 landscape prints of Dokdo entitled the ‘Beauty of Dokdo’ are exhibited on the 1st floor of the Busan Fishing Village (Hwamyeong-dong, Buk-gu), an annex of the Busan Marine Natural History Museum

Please note that the explanations about the old maps and old documents have been provided only in Korean.
