Seven cities and provinces, including Busan and Seoul, and the Visit Korea Committee jointly launched the K-shuttle service exclusively for foreign tourists on May 26th. The service will be provided from May 26, 2013 through February 28, 2014.

The K-shuttle is a fleet of shuttle buses which circulate among 15 cities in Korea for four nights and five days, departing from and returning to Seoul via Buyeo, Jeonju, Gwangju, Suncheon, Yeosu, Jinju, Busan, Gyeongju, Andong, Weonju, Pyeongchang, Gangneung and Sokcho.

K-shuttle passengers can conveniently explore Korea’s major tourist attractions not only in Seoul but also in regional Korean cities and provinces.

A licensed tour guide-translator is on board each 36-seat shuttle to escort you throughout the journey.

You are free to get off the shuttle at any stop you choose and create your own customized itinerary.

K-shuttle routes in Busan depart from Gimhae International Airport for Haeundae via Busan Station, Jagalchi Market, and Gukje Market.

A city official said, “During the Visit Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam Year 2013, we will strive to revitalize the K-shuttle service with the cooperation of participating regional cities and provinces.”
