Cultures to come together at the "The 8th Global Gathering" in APEC Naru Park on May 25

The Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) is holding its "The 8th Global Gathering" at the APEC Naru Park in Haeundae, on Saturday May 25, from 10am to 5pm. Until last year, it had always been held in October, when Busan had a lot of other events and festivals besides the Global Gathering Festival. Starting from this year, the BFIA has decided to hold the Global Gathering in May, considering that Together Day is also held in the same month, and to avoid overlapping with other festivals in October.
This Global Gathering will have 154 culture booths from 25 different countries, and participants will be able to enjoy and experience various different cultures from all over the world. There will be the Global Stage, traditional cultural performances by invited troupes from Busan's sister cities, and an experience zone which allows visitors to try on traditional clothing native to the participating countries, as well as an area to play those countries' traditional games.
