Entries of “Ready~ Action”!

Ready Action, the only competitive section of Busan International Kids’ Film Festival (BiKi), is a collection of creative works made by kids and teens. Any film made by kids and teens between 6 and 16 will be eligible. Twenty works would advance to the finals and will be screened at BiKi. Only six works will be selected by the BiKi Kids juries comprised the members of the executive committee of KFKF and the last year’s winners. The awards ceremony is scheduled on the closing ceremony of BiKi.

Qualification & Regulation
▶ Any film made by domestic and foreign elementary or middle student students (aged 6-16)
▶ Short films produced in 2012, 2013 (free theme and form)

Submission
▶ After thorough reading qualification and regulation on the website, submit an application form, three still cuts, one photo of the director and one photo of the whole staffs(optional) to‘film@BiKi.or.kr’.
▶ Please send the DVD for preliminaries(DVD copy) by mail as following or visit the reception(valid until the postmark date)
▶ Application Period: From May 1st (Wed.) to May 31th(Fri.)

Result
▶ Public announcement on the website and individual notice until June 17(Mon.), 10:00 a.m.

Awards
▶ The awards are classified into six sections, and the award winners will be given a plaque with a supplementary prize
    - Magic Film Award, Starlight Mind Award, Deep Blue Sky Award, Outspread Ocean Award, Crystal-clear Wind Award, BiKi Audience Award
▶ The winners are to be invited as a member of the judging panel for the next film festival
▶ The winners are to have opportunity to submit their films and participate to domestic or foreign children/youths film festivals.
