Busan Counseling Center now offering counseling in 7 languages including Russian and Uzbek

The foreigner call center operated jointly by the city and the Busan Foundation for International Activities, or BFIA started offering service in Russian and Uzbek on Jan. 12. The call center opened in 2009 and had been providing consulting and information in Korean, English, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indonesian. Help in Russian and Uzbek is offered from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and will help foreigners living in Busan with questions about life in the city. To receive Russian consulting, dial 1577-7716 and press 5.
