City Tour for foreign university students in Busan

Busan City has announced that it will provide a total of four city tours to foreign students currently studying in Busan starting from Saturday, November 19, 2011. The tours this year will be on November 19 (Sat), 20 (Sun), 26 (Sat) and 27 (Sun). These weekend tours will prevent any interruption of students’ academic schedule.
The city will operate two courses as follows:
Course 1: Busan Cinema Center → Nurimaru APEC House → Haeundae Beach → Bokcheon Museum → Beomeosa Temple
Course 2: Jungang Park → Modern History Museum → Songdo Beach → Namhang (South Port) Bridge → Dongsam-dong Shell Midden Museum → Taejongdae
The tour programs are designed to give participants the chance to experience various aspects of Busan’s history and culture and to promote Busan’s city brand around the world. In addition, to provide better support to international students’ adjustment in Busan, the problems they experience in their daily lives and other issues will be listened to so the city can draw up measures to improve the quality of their lives here.
