Under the title of “Dream of being in Nature While living in the City”, Busan City will hold the 9th Urban Agriculture Exhibition from March 28-31 at BEXCO, Haeundae aiming to promote the benefits of urban agriculture.
The Urban Agriculture Exhibition, hosted by Busan City and co-organized by the Busan Urban Agriculture Exhibition Organizing Committee, KNN and BEXCO, consists of an urban agriculture promotional booth, exhibition, learning and experiential booths, special events and side events.
A variety of experiential booths on farming, traditional food and culture, gardening and eateries, and exhibition booths related to urban agriculture, including the design of rooftop vegetable gardens, a home gardening contest, agriculture-related photography, and wild flowers, will provide plenty of interest for visitors. In addition, a local food contest and urban agriculture workshop are also scheduled to be held during the exhibition.
Visitors can purchase fresh spring vegetables at farmers’ markets, while home gardening tools, seeds, soil and pots will also be on sale.

Admission is 3,000 won and is free for senior citizens over 75 years of age, disabled people, preschool children, and people of national merit. Opening hours are 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
