Busan City has introduced a tour taxi service as a convenience to visitors. After the Metro, taxis are the most used mode of transport for tourists in Busan.
Busan
Tour Taxi will be operated on 9 tour routes, including 3 night tours). Trained
taxi drivers will provide tour information, including places to eat.
The
tour taxi fares vary by hour (20,000 won for one hour, 80,000 won for 5 hours,
150,000 won for 10 hours) and by route. Tolls and parking fees are extra.
About
400 Deungdae Call taxis have been in test operation as tour taxis since last
December. After analyzing the results, the city will expand the service this
year to luxury and passenger vehicles with a maximum occupancy of 13
passengers.
