Affection shown for and by international students in Busan, through kimchi and volunteer work

Members of an international student representative network organized by the Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) participated in the event, called 'Kimchi-sharing Hanmadang', with warm hearts being shared with the local underprivileged community through volunteer work. This event, held by the Busan volunteer work center, delivered 10kg of kimchi, 1kg of rice and other daily necessaries to about 3,000 households in the local underprivileged community. The international students who participated in the event blended the flavors with salted cabbages, packed the kimchi in boxes and attached stickers on them.
They had a meaningful time, being able to express their affection for Korea and Korean people and give back some of the love and kindness which they have received while studying in Korea so far.
